

At Piper’s Place, our after school program is designed for kindergarten through 5th grade students who need a safe, active, and exciting place to go after school. Through Nassau’s After-School Kids Club, children enjoy time to move, explore, learn, play, and connect in a setting built with both fun and development in mind.

About Nassau's After-School Kids Club

Our after school care program, Nassau’s After-School Kids Club, is designed for school-age children in kindergarten through 5th grade. As part of Piper’s Place Discovery Museum, it’s led by the same caring team and built on the same commitment to creating a safe, engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow.
With activities that are age-appropriate, interactive, and exciting for school-age kids, we provide a space where children can stay active, build friendships, and enjoy meaningful experiences after the school day ends.

Snacks purchased will be paid at pickup on cash or you can put cash on your child's account. Parents must authorize snack purchases and can set a weekly spending limit.
Pick - Up Process

Pickup time by 5 PM or 6 PM. Pickup time can be changed only at the start of the month

Message the pickup line when you are onsite: 904-844-8750

Include in the message. Name of person who is picking up and the child's name being picked up.

We will then walk the child out for dismissal. For safety parents/guardians will not enter the building.
Absences
-
Please message the pickup line at least 2 hours before pickup if your child will not be riding. This way we know they don't need to be picked up.

This prevents a child not getting on the van if they need to be.
Reminders
-
Tuition is due the Friday prior to the start of the week. Failure to pay tuition in advance may prevent attendance. Tuition is billed monthly and can be paid in full or partial weekly payments.

Tuition is not prorated for illness, absences or holidays in which we are still in session based on the school schedule for at least 2 days.
-
No tuition is collected for school holidays of more than 2 days.

Our handbook is on our website for your review with all of the policies and procedure.

If your child is ill, we will message for pickup.

Late Fee: $1 for each minute
