Party Guidelines
We’re so excited to celebrate with you! To help your party run smoothly, here are a few helpful guidelines:

All participants will need a signed waiver before joining the fun.

We are a shoe-free facility—everyone (including adults) must wear socks.

Please make sure your guests know the correct arrival time for your party.

Your party end time is when guests should be wrapping up and exiting so our team can begin cleanup. (We often have parties scheduled back to back.)

If your package includes early access time for setup, please arrive at your scheduled setup time—not earlier.

We ask that there is a maximum of four adults for any party setup, no children.

Additional children can only be added to packages that allow it.

Please keep all food, drinks, and desserts inside the party room and out of the play areas.

Pinatas, confetti, and glitter are not allowed.

We’re here to make your experience easy and enjoyable—if you have any questions before your party, just let us know!

How to Count Your Guests
Each party package includes a set number of children—please check your selected package for exact details. Some packages allow you to add additional children for a small fee. Adults are free, with a maximum capacity of 44 total guests (adults and children) per party.
Under 12 years are counted as children
12 years and over are counted as “adults”
Infants that are not walking yet will not be counted
Please note: No children over the ages of 10 years can play on the equipment during parties.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add extra time to my party? If there is no additional party booked the day of your event you may be able to extend your time for $75.00 per hour. This can be added at the time of the event or by calling the night before to see if anyone is booked after or prior to your party.

Can I hang a banner on the wall? Yes, we will supply push pins for you to use to hang a banner, backdrop or balloon garland. NO TAPE IS ALLOWED. A $250 fee will be assessed for tape used on the wall.
Can we bring alcohol? No alcohol of any kind is allowed anywhere on Piper's Place Discovery Museum premises.
Will I have to worry about other parties or customers in the facility during my event? Semi Private Parties will have private use of the party room only. The play area will be open to the public during your event. Private Parties will only be open to you and your guest.
Can we bring our own food & dessert? Yes, you may bring additional food and drinks to enhance your party. NO ALCOHOL. All party food & drinks must be kept and consumed in the party room.
Do I need to clean up after the party? We will take care of all the cleaning at the end of your party!
Can we use the garden for our party? Garden availability is dependant on weather and scheduling for other events. You can contact us 1 week prior to you party to ask about its availability.
