Our staff regularly circulate through the play areas throughout the day, picking up toys, wiping down high-touch surfaces, and monitoring for cleanliness and safety. Each evening, the entire facility undergoes a deep cleaning and safety check. We also use a medical-grade sanitizing mist—similar to those used in hospitals—to thoroughly disinfect all areas and toys. Our goal is to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for every family who visits.

Will my child's photo be used on social media or your website? Yes, we do occasionally take photos of children during play to share on our website and social media. These photos help us showcase the experience at Piper’s Place and give families a glimpse into what their children are learning and enjoying. We completely understand that not every family is comfortable with this, and you always have a choice. There is an option on your waiver to opt out of photos. If you prefer that your child is not photographed, simply select that option. If you ever notice a staff member taking photos, feel free to remind them of your preference, and we will always make sure your child is not included.
