How many children can attend? Semi-Private: 8 children (no additional add-ons) Private DIY: 12 children Private Deluxe: 16 children Each additional $10 max 20
What ages are included in the party count? All children
Can I hang a banner on the wall? Yes, we will supply push pins for you to use to hang a banner, backdrop or balloon garland. NO TAPE IS ALLOWED. A $250 fee will be assessed for tape used on the wall.
What is the party timeline? Initial Party Time is for Eating and Museum Exploration The last 30 minutes are reserved for desert/cake and presents.
When can I arrive to set-up? What about extra time? Semi Private Parties can arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of the party time. Total private party time is 2 hours and will include any time you need to setup. Please have your guest arrive accordingly. The conclusion time of your event is when guest need to exit as parties are booked back to back. If there is no additional party booked the day of your event you can extend you time for $75.00 per hour. This can be added at the time of the event or calling the night before to see if anyone is booked after or prior to your party. There can be four adults for party setup, no children
Will I have to worry about other parties or customers in the facility during my event? Semi Private Parties will have private use of the party room only. The play area will be open to the public during your event. Private Parties will only be open to you and your guest.
Can we bring alcohol? No alcohol of any kind is allowed anywhere on Piper's Place Discovery Museum premises.
Do I need to clean up after the party? We will take care of all the cleaning at the end of your party!
Can we bring our own food & dessert? Yes, you may bring additional food and drinks to enhance your party. NO ALCOHOL. All party food & drinks must be kept and consumed in the party room.
