Welcome to Piper’s Place Discovery Museum—a space designed to spark creativity, curiosity, and exploration for our littlest explorers. Our small-scale, play-based children’s museum offers an imaginative and interactive environment for children up to age seven.
Piper’s Place is more than just a play space—it’s a multi-functional space for families in our community. We are home to our Discovery Preschool, after-school care program (Nassau’s Kids Club), seasonal camps, and unforgettable birthday parties—all thoughtfully designed to support learning, creativity, and connection.

Meet The Owners
Piper’s Place Discovery Museum was created out of a place of love for our daughter Piper and the need for parent interaction and child exploration.
Being older parents in our 40s, navigating through the Covid era was a very lonely time. Our friends were in different stages, the world was not interacting and our daughter had special needs.
Piper's Place is a space where children of all abilities can come explore and be their best selves. It's also a place for moms, dads and caregivers to connect while their children flourish.
We are long time residents of this area and love that we get to share this special space with you.
